Hourly Rate

Hourly rates are billed per man, during regular working hours; 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. Additional after hour emergency and weekend/holiday rates prevail when available. After hours (407) 694-8679.

Travel Rate & Mileage Rate

Travel Driving Rate is calculated as, roundtrip, the travel time (hours) from technician's origin point to the customer's facility and back. Travel Rates will be billed as roundtrip unless otherwise stated.

Mileage Rate is calculated as, roundtrip, the total miles driven (miles) from technician's origin point to the customer's facility and back. Mileage Rates will be billed as roundtrip unless otherwise stated.

Transportation

Air Fare, Car Rental, Taxi, Bus, Shuttle, Tolls, Parking, Fuel, or Special Taxes that are required by the technician are billed at actual cost.

Lodging, Expenses, Per Diem and Overnight Stays

Hotel and lodging required by the technician is billed actual cost plus $45 per day (per diem) for each day a technician is traveling to cover meals, and necessary expenses.

Parts, Shipping and Other Expenses

Additional charges that may be required but not limited to Parts, Shipping and Other Expenses related to completion of job are chargeable.

Sales Tax

Sales tax is not included in these rates.

Deposits

All customers with or without credit terms are subject to a 50% Deposit secured by credit card prior to service. Existing customers in good standing terms will be invoiced the balance within their terms established. Customers without established credit terms will be required to pay upon completion.
